Q: How much is your site rental, and what services does it include?
A: Site rental is $345/month plus water, sewer and weekly garbage collection. Sites have all underground utilities, including cable TV. Community roads and common areas are maintained by our staff. Individual site maintenance (lawn mowing and drive/walk leaf removal) is the responsibility of the resident.

Q: What about real estate taxes?
A: Your new manufactured home is not taxed as real estate. You will receive a "mobile home privilege" tax bill directly from Paulding County. This amount varies from approximately $100 to $400 per year based on the square footage and age of the home.  

Q: Does your community allow pets?
A: We do allow indoor animals under 25 pounds, although aggressive breeds of dogs are prohibited. These breeds include Pitbull, Rottweiler, German Shepard,  Siberian Husky or Husky type, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard,  Akita, American Staffordshire Terriers and Wolf dog breed.  Any mix-breed dog descending from these breeds are also prohibited.  When outside, it must be on a leash, with the owner in attendance. No tie-outs or fencing is allowed.  Animals are not allowed to run free at any time.  We expect residents to clean up after their pets.

Q: How are the new home sites developed?
A: All new homes are set on a HUD approved vapor barrier and pier foundations. We include a two car concrete drive. Our community development is superior to most newly constructed neighborhoods.

Q: Do you offer steps, skirting or decks?
A: All our manufactured homes include both front and rear steps skirting, and decks. All our new homes and decks are completely skirted.

Q: How do you handle customer service/complaints?
